Ventana has developed the region’s premier training program, recognized by industry experts as setting the standard. Every company employee begins with a minimum of two weeks of training at the Ventana training center, learning the company’s philosophy and operating procedures and then moving on to specialized training in their assigned job and will eventually work alongside exployees acquiring hands-on experience and technical knowledge.
All trainees are rigourously evaluated in written and oral examinations and must excel at problem solving in real-world situations before graduating from the training program. Continuing education is provided to all employees twice a year, or upon request. All graduates receive a diploma upon graduation and certificates following each subsequent training program.
