Mark Lassman, President
Mark has an extensive background in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and managing fast-growing companies. As an entrepreneur, Mark is an expert at identifying opportunities, assessing and managing risks, and exploiting inefficiencies within industries. With a strong analytical skill set and an intimate understanding of capital needs and cash flow, Mark brings the management and administrative skills to help Ventana dominate the market niche.

John Russell, CTO (Chief Technology Officer)
John is the technology architect of Ventana and is focused on the scientific and technical issues within the comapany. Having formerly been with IBM, he is responsible for design & development, technical problem solving, and operational integrity at Ventana. With more than 20 years experience in networking, wireless technology and online systems, the scope of his responsabilities ranges from very hands-on technical responsibilities, to dealing with representatives of foreign governments, industry organizations and corporations, regarding industry standards and joint ventures.

Allan Pivaral, Network Engineer
Allan is responsible for keeping the network running and oversees the technical and support staff that manage the network on a daily basis. With a degree in Information Technology Allan provides the strong analytical abilities and practical experience needed to operate our core Cisco Routers and switches and UNIX, Linux server clusters. He works closely with the CTO, in the planning of our network infrastructure and documents each section in detail providing invaluable information for future reference and problem solving.
